Professional Summary

I love challenges! For the past two decades I have thrived within the DoD by leading diverse teams, analyzing tough intelligence problems with complex data, and guiding strategic decisions with predictive analysis. My favorite part about all of those challenges is the people. I love the process of diving into a problem, understanding it well enough to instruct it, and then leading, coaching and mentoring diverse groups of people through the process of conquering the problem. When they can find their purpose and understand where and how they fit, it makes it all worth it. I have been fortunate to be a part of coaching many military teams from lost, entry-level to full performance with purpose. Now I'm ready to channel my love for mentoring people into helping veterans, women, people of color, and anyone else who feels "stuck," harness their passion, find their purpose, and enjoy life-changing success.
