I am a 30+ year veteran astronautical engineer. My experience has all been in the field of manned spaceflight operations, primarily in flight crew operations, mission control operations for Space Shuttle missions, and crew training operations for Space Shuttle missions. I'm currently the Chief Engineer for The Safety Branch of the NASA Astronaut Office, where I'm responsible for the overall safety and well-being of NASA flight crews.
