Performs CPR when indicated. Assists with insertion of NG tube, draws specimens after completing phlebotomy, sets up and assists with exams; processes specimens, and Foley catheters. Cleans equipment and workspace. Recognizes equipment malfunctions and refers for repair. Stocks supplies. Trains and cross-trains other technical staff as required.
Central Supply Tech: Maintaining and cleaning storage facilities and auto clave tools, labeling and rotating supplies, developing and enforcing a requisition system, and keeping records of all inventories.
