As Agile Coach and Mentor on the US Risk Authority system, I led, coached, and mentored a 10 person distributed development team as we successfully transitioned from a waterfall development model to fully adopting an Agile Scrum model with 2 week sprints moving to adopt DevOps integration methods. This 24 month journey implemented 6 successful releases into production with the latest having 0 post-production defects or incidents.
As Scrum Master on the US Risk Authority system, I facilitated and coached the distributed team of 10 through all essential Scrum ceremonies through 2 production releases, each consisting of 6-7 2 week sprints, using RTC, Jira, confluence, Git/GitHub, and Jenkins.
As Technical Team Lead on the US Risk Authority system, I completely redesign the day-to-day batch schedule in Control-M. This new design uses user-managed Oracle tables to dynamically schedule the 380+ jobs for the different business day activities throughout the year. Each job uses both Linux shell and PL/SQL scripts.
