Hand selected as a primary trainer for the Albany Recruiting Battalion to train low producing/struggling recruiters which had an immediate impact and resulted in a reduction of 25% ineffective recruiters.
Oversaw the execution of an aggressive training plan that tracked compliance as new standards were developed.
