  • Awarded the Station of Excellence Award for 2012 and 2013 before being selected to become the Battalion Master Trainer

  • Hand selected as a primary trainer for the Albany Recruiting Battalion to train low producing/struggling recruiters which had an immediate impact and resulted in a reduction of 25% ineffective recruiters.
  • Oversaw the execution of an aggressive training plan that tracked compliance as new standards were developed.
