Experience
06/2011 to 2012 Beekeeper Slater's Honey Farm | City, STATE,

I obtained many skills along the way as I previously stated.I stayed at the peak of my mental and physical capabilities and gave 100% effort everyday I went out on the job. I stopped working for Mr. Slater due to his psychological problems that made it extremely difficult to maintain a positive and healthy work environment. We were also constantly on the road working in many different states which pulled me away from my family which was also a contributing factor.

07/2008 to 04/2011 Dishwasher, Prep Cook, Saute Chef, Line Cook The Peppery Inc | City, STATE,

Dates are approximate. I worked my way up from the bottom all the way to the top through a mix of acquired skill and hard work. I often trained new employees and was helping in every aspect of the business. Cooking, catering, extensive cleaning, stocking in dry storage, refrigeration, and freezers. The Owner/Manager (Dave Ballard) was very young when he took over so they were not in need of a manager at the time I was there. I had worked my way up as high as I could go and I was craving to learn more and unfortunately there was little else to learn so I began a new chapter as a migratory beekeeper. Though we still have a close relationship due to my likability and hard work ethic.
