Team leadership skills were a large part of gaining my management positions. I have always been a team player and make sure to encourage leadership rather than dictate it. My people skills allow for me to advance in sales and customer service. I am able to handle tough situations without getting frustrated with a customer and can provide as much understanding to the issue at hand. I have trained many employees in the past who are willing to learn and have helped them to gain further knowledge of products, merchandise, and handling customers. I provide efficient strategies to the company I work for to help with cleanliness, sales, stocking, training, etc.
