Customer Service, Sales, & Marketing: Actively lead and assist employees in meeting the center's performance metrics as defined by management. Understand, recommend, and sell financial products and services to customers. Build strong relationships with current and prospective customers, in person and over the phone. Manage customer concerns, and actively participate in customer transactions. Deploy marketing efforts in the community to generate sales and customer growth, and complete marketing tracking sheets as required.
Operations, Compliance, & Collections: Assist the CSM in managing the P&L to meet all budgeted numbers and in meeting management's expectations related to center performance. Adhere to the Company's policies, procedures, Creed, and to all applicable state and federal regulations. Maintain accurate cash controls and ensure that security procedures are in line with Company and Loss Prevention (LP) Standards. Enter customer and transaction information accurately into the point of sales system, and create and maintain accurate customer files with all required documentation. Perform and document collection calls, field visits, and any other approved collection activities. Complete other duties as assigned.
Coordinates the preparation and drives the follow-up to the President's external and internal meetings and relationships.
Manages multiple projects/tasks at once without losing sight of priorities, follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
Creates and synthesizes succinct program materials from multiple sources and participates in tracking program progress.
Act at liaison between President and elected officials, employers, organization leaders and other key stakeholders.
Oversee multiple Union-wide schedules and determine appropriate resolution of conflicting schedules.
Handle sensitive issues that require confidentiality.
Coordinate President's initiatives, committees, and special assignments.
Plan and assist in the preparation of agendas and materials for meetings/presentations held by the President with officers, key staff, members and employers.

Anticipate problems, critical issues, and opportunities as they arise and advise the President accordingly.
Represents the President by attending meetings in the Presidents' absence; speaking on behalf of the President as directed and when needed
Works with various teams of the union to ensure key short term and long term priorities for the President are executed.
Prioritize conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively and follow through on projects to support the Office of the President.
Meet with loan applicants to identify their needs and collect information for loan applications.
Analyze active loan files on a regular basis and recommend solutions to speed up the loan process.
Complete loan contracts and teach clients on policies and regulations.
Interview applicants to define financial eligibility and establish debt payment plans.
Monitor and update account records.
Submit loan applications in a timely manner.
Prepare detailed loan proposals.
Reject loan applications and explain deficiencies to applicants.
Respond to applicants questions and resolve any loan-related issues.
