I built and operated a satellite based video conference network that had FIPS level security. We were operating on a shoe string budget but were able to develop clientele in the legal and pharmaceutical industries. This cottage industry, that I was a part of, was the incubator to the Go To Meeting online phenomena that we all take for granted these days.
