Practiced Business Development Executive with years of experience strategizing on growth and development opportunities. Collaborated with Financial Industry professionals to understand client and broader market needs and trends, building procedures for sales associates and networking within industry to create avenues to increased business volume and company presence.
During my role as VP of Business Development at Neocova, I had the pleasure of working directly with the C-Suite of prospects as well as the Founders and Co-Founders of our company. I worked diligently to screen lead list and incoming MQL's for SQL qualification and ensure that prospect needs and our products were the right fit. Through collaboration with Products, Solutions, and the Implementations Team, I would draft and virtually present the finished Product Configuration Proposals for consideration.
As EVP, I worked directly with the CEO, CFO, and CTO to ensure the delivery of expected results through empowering the retail team leaders to hit their performance metrics. I was responsible for deposit growth, commercial lending growth, risk and compliance, along with revenue. During my tenure, I grew the bank by over $18MM in deposits, $15MM in commercial loans, while minimizing fraud loss to the bank.
I was headhunted by 5/3 Bank while working at Wells Fargo based on my outstanding performance and work ethic. I grew our local branch to the top tier in revenue for two consecutive years. I was recognized as a leader within the 107 branches in our region as a liaison for District and Regional leaders in their absence.
Worked with other department leaders including Investments where I was responsible for bringing in the single largest revenue deal in the State of Florida.
I spent just over (5) years with Wachovia/Wells Fargo Bank and had the ability to impact (6) high volume branches each with their own unique business model. I participated as a Conversion Champion for the largest bank merger of its time from Wachovia to Wells Fargo Bank, ensuring employee morale and minimizing customer service breaks. I finished my career at the most affluent branch in Central Florida before moving on to 5/3 Bank.
