IT (promoted from Senior IT Director) Responsible for all planning, coordinating and managing IT Systems Infrastructure.
Responsible for defining and communicating IT policies, strategic plans and roadmaps for the organization with a focus on implementing cost effective solutions.
Responsible for supporting the wide area network, local area network and windows servers including: Microsoft Exchange, and SQL servers.
Key accomplishments: Managed an international staff of 30 IT Professionals on a multi-million dollar budget.
Implemented a new state-of-the-art multi-warehouse pick, pack and ship system.
The new system includes RF scanning of products as well as integration into the JD Edwards ERP system.
