Systems Engineering Principal and Subject Matter Expert for Alliant’s Unified Communications and Collaborations services managing the Cisco Unified Communications Manager/Unity Connection and Instant Messaging and Presence core voice system.
Work with business units, operation teams and vendors to complete network and voice discoveries ensuring information and expectations are established, documented and met for all Alliant’s M&A, Integrations, and Office Mergers/Moves/Expansions. Through efforts I made to define the process and procedures and working with other IT groups and within ServiceNow using visual task boards resulted in a 100% successful, repeatable process.
