The First One Island One Product 2017:promotion of Marshallese;scheme is to bring in new inventions, innovations with traditional skills for products to be use in modern days, such as handicrafts, cooking utensils, carpenters tools and others; promote the Marshallese and their skills, at the same time to provide avenues to sell and generate income from own knowledge and creations of these products. This has empower many housewives in the outer islands through selling and showcasing of their handicrafts.

The First Miss Marshall Islands Pageant 2019; a comprehensive pageant that requires 24 participants (one contestant fro one islands) there are 24 islands/atolls in RMI; to bring in young women to compete for a title that will represent RMI in Miss Pacific Islands Pageant. The pageant is an avenue to bring young Marshallese women together to showcase their beauties through skills and natural looks,providing an opportunity to gain confidence and self esteem, empowering young women.

The First Concept of Night Market 2020; Since it is COVID pandemic, the scheme is to bring in all women and men to sell off their products on Christmas Season, targeted especially to grassroots level, women who sell their products at home, and small shops to showcase and sell of their products to the community. Food courts and entertainment are part of the night, created to generate income for the women/men from the grassroots level.

Lae Atoll Bob (Pandanus) Project; oversee and the coordinator, project is to replanting pandanus trees across the island of LAE Atoll; pandanus is seen as an resilient plant for Climate Change, pandanus is considered to have most vitamins for good health, leaves in pandanus is mainly used for handicraft which can generated income. The project is in partner with women of Lae Atoll with Women United Together Marshall Islands (WUTMI). Today more than 1000 seeds have planted across Lae Atoll.
