Major projects included:  El Paso Independent School District, Socorro Independent School District, Las Cruces Public Schools, New Mexico State University, University of Texas at El Paso and many others.

Varitec Solutions ( formerly Climatec) purchased W.M. Carroll Company in 2012.  In the course of the past nine years my focus has been selling Daikin VRV/VRF Equipment to the Mechanical Engineering Community and to Owners and Contractors.  Major Projects I have sold with VRV include:  The Centre in Downtown, El Paso, Southwest University Baseball Park, Anson Mills, Hotel Indigo, Bank of America and currently the Aloft Hotel (under construction).  I have sold over 10,000 tons of VRV/VRF technology in El Paso and Southern New Mexico since 2008.
