Have manage up to 20 direct reports (during projects) and indirectly managed 20+ staff primarily from other CCE departments and off shore partners. Manage and provide oversight of all SAP projects and daily support issues. Manage the support of SAP Security with input to the Governance Team. Define and implement new process and procedures assisting CCE maturity.

Major Accomplishments: Successfully manage the technically and resource readiness required to split Coca Cola Enterprises (CCE) and Coca Cola Refreshments (CCR). , Lead the delivery of multiple Releases (Release has multiple projects -average 15-20- in one Release). Working with 3rd party vendors to have them act as part of team (mostly from India). Have Security/Control groups’ services seen as a major part of project work and critical part of the business.
