Team Lead and Implementation Consultant seeking a new remote position with a heavier focus on hard skills, rather than a position with an even focus on both hard and soft skills. Ideally seeking a position that will provide a challenge while broadening my hard skills. An ideal position would be one that allows full ownership of work from early drafting stages to maintenance stages, and would fall into an area of personal interest however this is not required.
