5. Carry out verification of compliance with requirements, for each of the offers presented by the different proponents, according to the stipulations: a. Status of the sanitary registry with which the offered DM is going to be imported/marketed. c. Training of clinical and technical personnel for the proper use and resolution of failures of the equipment offered.
6. Execute the activities related to the supervision such as: Identify, verify and report in a timely and detailed manner, in coordination with the contractor, compliance with the pre-installations, installations, and commissioning of the biomedical equipment of: Infusion Pumps , Beds, Stretchers, Defibrillators, Echographs, Vital Signs Monitors, X-Rays and Mechanical Ventilation in each of the entities defined by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection.
7. Provide technical support necessary to achieve the plans and schedules that are the object of this contract.
8. Timely deliver to the contracting party the final reports of the phases of evaluation of offers and supervision developed in the exercise of their profession, for the purposes of compliance.
