As a very active individual I am most passionate about matter of the mind and body. I take great interest in martial arts, boxing, weight lifting, Tabata training, Yoga, Hiking, and Running. Throughout my life I have always been an effective communicator and motivator. In high school I was an officer of a program dedicated to motivating first year students and to assist in getting them acclimated to their new school. I was also both Secretary and Vice President in the Culinary Club, as such it was my duty to record the meetings, condense the discussions and relay them to our Instructor at the end of every meeting. In College I was head chair of the fitness committee and held weekly presentations to inform my fraternity of my plans to keep them physically fit for their future careers and college sporting events.
