Operational Data Review.
As a component of periodic asset risk reviews, Mrs.
Frias analyzed operational data including: component pressures and temperatures, water quality, chemical injection and sand production reports.
This data was used to update risk rankings for multiple failure mechanisms for major asset types.
She also coordinated a team of integrity engineers to complete reviews for subsea assets in the GoM and EG.
Risk Based Inspection (RBI) Analysis.
Frias has completed RBI review for several subsea equipment classes in compliance with API 580 & API 581 Recommended Practices.
Data was compiled, analyzed, and recommended inspection intervals were established.
Integrity Management Plans (IMP) Preparation.
Frias has prepared IMPs for new construction projects using RBI data and interfaces with project engineers.
The IMP is distributed from the project team to GoM Operations for integration into the annual asset IMP.
Frias has prepared IM Compliance Registers to ensure compliance with company internal practices and regulatory requirements for subsea new construction projects.
Frias manages project deliverable scheduling and ensures the accountability of all team members.
She also leads the interface between the IM Team and GoM Operations.
A weekly team deliverable schedule is prepared covering project deliverables for eight team members and numerous projects.
These schedules culminate in quarterly reports that are used by company management to track project progress and achievement.
Pipeline Integrity Engineer03/2012 to 10/2012Company NameCity, State
Frias has completed data review and validations for multiple pipeline operators within their established Integrity Management Programs (IMP).These validations were performed to aid the pipeline operators in preparations for IMP audits.
Data was analyzed from various inspection methods including external corrosion direct assessment (ECDA), In-line Inspection (ILI) and Hydrotesting.
Root Cause Analysis.
Frias has participated in root cause analysis activities accompanying a failure investigation.
She has also extensively studied historical industry failures for root cause and identified available ILI detection tools as applicable.
Frias created a training program for an advanced Pipeline Integrity Training course that was participated in by Industry Representatives.
Pipeline Integrity Engineer01/2011 to 03/2012Company NameCity, State
Frias has utilized a defined process for evaluating in-line inspection data and has produced dig lists for upcoming assessments in accordance with this process.
She has also completed a project correlating ILI crack tool performance with in-ditch measurements to validate the performance of the ILI tool.
Corrosion Growth Assessment.
Frias has assessed corrosion growth using ILI comparison corrosion growth software.
She also assisted in the production of training materials for use with the corrosion growth software.
Frias has managed multiple projects for major pipeline operators.
Management of projects includes resource management, client invoicing, client interaction, data analysis, quality control reviews of the data and process, data presentation to the client in slide deck and report format, and client support post-project.
Frias has performed numerous quality control reviews of project reports, project proposals, and pre-project execution documentation.
Frias has experience in the production of engineering drawings for integration into project reports.
Frias has produced project reports for offshore applications of NDT, including pulsed eddy current, manual ultrasonic thickness testing, and visual inspection methods for clients internationally.
She was mobilized to a multi-million dollar project in the Bahamas to ensure detailed reporting of the non-destructive testing.
This project required coordinated data collection and data integration from 3 crews; a pipeline inspection crew, a rope access riser inspection crew, and a subsea/diver deployed riser inspection crew.
