01/2015 to 06/2015 Strength and Conditioning Coach Zeiders Enterprises | Fort Lewis, WA,
  • Work with youth level Softball and Baseball players (ages 8-18).
  • Lead classes related to speed and agility and strength and conditioning.
  • Ensure for any classes I lead that all students are properly warmed up.
  • For the speed and agility class, always start with the speed ladder drills so the student can begin to build up their speed.
  • Will then use various cone drills in various formations to utilize the student's agility.
  • Will then combine the ladder drills and some agility drills at the same time to give the student a better challenge.
  • For the strength class, utilize kettlebells and perform various drills including the swing, squat, lunge, press and row to build whole body strength.
  • Also use a cable exercise to replicate the batter's swing to develop their rotational strength.
  • Conclude the class by utilizing battle ropes for metabolic conditioning and medicine ball work that emphasize the core strength.

  • Led group sessions in track workouts for a ladies running club.
  • Use warm up drills that would generate mobility and increased blood flow.
  • Utilized various interval sessions to develop speed that would improve race performance.
