As a Store Manager I am responsible for the complete day to day operations of a Home Depot store. I am responsible for maximizing store sales and profitability while working ethically and modeling the core values of the company. I develop strategies and objectives, then lead a team of 6 salaried managers, 18 supervisors and 200+ associates in executing these objectives.
