Keith Woodard has been with the Busch Gardens family since 1992. He joined us as a musician in the Steel Drum band. His next adventure was in the technical arena where he started as a tech at the Moroccan Palace Theatre, then asst. Stage Manager, and then, of course, to where he is today, Stage Manager. Keith is known as a "grade A" Stage Manager. He is a working Stage Manager who outs his employees first. His unfading smile makes people he works with want to smile too and his attitude and bright personality can put anyone in a great mood. Keith makes time to work one on one with his employees who may have encountered an issue while performing a task. He is very diligent in solving issues and helps everyone learn from their mistakes. His grasp on technical knowledge is vast and he always tries to share that knowledge with others in order to help them move up the career ladder. Keith is a great leader, a great listener , and an all together great person. He is truly a role model and a star employee. Congratulations to Keith on a job well done!
