Professional Summary

Dedicated, hardworking employee with history of meeting company goals utilizing consistent and organized practices. Skilled in working under pressure and adapting to new situations and challenges. I am there before most other employees, I have the keys and codes to unlock and open up the building and yards. Staying late is normal due to assembly completing trailers slowly. The loads go out no matter how late I have to stay to finish them. My attendance is perfect most quarters, I very rarely miss work without advanced notice. Most years I have sold my vacation days instead of using them outside of the planned days the plant shuts down at the end of December. Sick leave is used for scheduled appointments and the rare days of having to call in sick. It is not used as a bonus day off once I have accrued enough to take a whole day off. Work is not standing around sneaking my phone, it's not standing there and talking, it's not doing just enough to maintain employment, it's not only doing the easiest tasks and waiting for someone else to come do the more difficult tasks. We have a job to do. I want to get it done and not waste time until the bell rings to go home. I want to work with people who want to work. I want to work with people who don't think that mediocrity and laziness is acceptable. I do not mind working hard. I prefer it. I get my job done no matter what the conditions are. I work outside in all weather. I take pride in my work and the products we are sending out. I want to work with others that work like I do.
