  • I provide daily client services support for the client, JP Morgan. I interact with JP Morgan associates in multiple locations on a daily basis.
  • I provide Media support; including seven monthly and quarterly Investor Products, CDLY, liaison between BFDS, JP Morgan and DSTO, and coordinating two large Investor redesign projects.
  • I have created extensive documentation for all client services tasks and am currently training a new associate.

  • I managed the report development, design, testing, documentation, training, and roll out of the Management Reporting Systems (MRS) suite of reports.
  • The scope of the project was to cross nine AWD productions to capture 200 million records of data within one report suite.
  • I worked directly with two developers in Quincy, MA, built test scripts, and led a cross functional team to test the validity and integrity of the data.
  • MRS reports were rolled out for approximately one hundred managers in the East and Midwest and included extensive training, support and guidance.
  • Throughout this project, I also facilitated classes on Basic Problem Solving and Statistics when requested.

  • I worked as a quality consultant and taught two-day courses in Problem Solving and Statistics to all BFDS management and individual contributors.
  • I provided support to Midwest managers by facilitating meetings with all groups on their process improvement efforts and identified root causes of their issues by using basic problem solving tools.
  • I was a member of three corporate teams: Service Model, Standardization, and Productivity and Quality.
  • The Productivity and Quality Team worked with a Midwest programmer and developed, tested, trained, rolled out, and supported the PQ Tool (Productivity and Quality) to the Midwest.
  • I worked with the Standardization team to reduce the exceptions by client and maintained the BFDS-MW Procedure Library.
