I spoke with Mr Warnock about this position and he informed me on the hiring process so I just thought I would let you know up front since he said that you do a credit background check that here recently I had to file bankruptcy due to my ex-wife losing our home we built back in 2000. We divorced in 2004 but my name remained on the house. She got into a financial situation a couple of years back and just could not pay for it and my house also. So since this happened I had to file bankruptcy to avoid any kind of collections from me since I have built a new life for myself and my family. I hope you do not hold this against me in applying for this position.

  • In this position I was responsible for trouble shooting the equipment if anything went wrong with it.
  • I was able to rebuild parts and rebuild machines in this position.

  • teams to drive out losses.
  • I was the work group leader for my area and the quality control leader for my area as well.
  • I also was on the fire brigade for my area which I went every October to train as a firefighter.
  • Working at Proctor and Gamble you have to learn almost everything in the plant.
  • I was in the packing area mainly but did work in the warehouse driving forklifts as well as being the maintenance person.
  • Proctor and Gamble taught me many things such as IWS, 5S, working on equipment, and driving forklifts.
  • It was a complete team atmosphere.

  • Responsibilities included hiring, marketing, training, scheduling, cash handling, and working on equipment.
  • In this position both stores were located in Lexington at Exxon so there were 3 stores in one which was a great concept.
  • I had to manage both side of the businesses which was challenging but rewarding.
  • I had to make sure the business stayed profitable by managing food cost and overtime.
