Collaborated and coached in the design and  the execution of the revamp process of Operational Excellence program at assigned sites.  As example in Guayama Consumer Healthcare Site lead the implementation of Hoshin, Six Sigma and Pfizer Human Performance Programs thru trainings facilitation and projects' coaching,  that lead to over 90% of projects completed on time improving project delivery performance in 50% and key sites Balance Score Card Metric in 25%, which lead the site to be rewarded with the Silver Medal.     
Boosted Sites' efficiency through training facilitation and coaching sessions of Lean Tools, such as 5s at Analgesic and Dietary Raw Materials Laboratories, at Guayama Site, achieving a reduction of 64% in wastes related to movement/steps; Standard Work at API Laboratories for a 25% increase in schedule adherence; SMED at Encapsulation Process Vega Baja Site leading a 50% reduction in change over process. 
Developed and shared best practices across the sites, including implementation of Pfizer Human Performance Program, Hoshin Program, Six Sigma Program and Lean Tools. As an example of the impact of this efforts, the collaboration at Guayama Site for the PHP Program, lead to a reduction of 80% of Human errors deviations at Quality Labs.

Some examples of projects contributions are; Production Increase of Xanax 0.4 of 14%, Lead Time Reduction for Amlodipine Product lab testing process by 13 days, Improved Sertraline Cycle Time by reducing 17 hrs., and Reduction of  RIDS disposition Process from 90 days to 20 days.        The investigations thru Six Sigma DMAIC approach lead the identification of root cause within 24 hours avoiding compliance exposure investigations due to due date and backorder issues, such as for Zmax POS Spill Event and Gabapentin Production Event.
