Having worked with this company the past seven years, I am confident in my ability to lead partners in running a successful store that demonstrates the world-class customer service expectations I was trained on. I started from a barista, moving from barista trainer to shift manager and eventually store manager. I was confident in my decision to step down for a time and am even more confident now in my decision to make the step up. I have been working at this location for the past year and we have had made great strides in operations and partner development. It would be an amazing opportunity to continue on in the role of store manager with this team and customer base. My goal is to give every partner coming through my store the chance to develop professionally, for Starbucks and beyond, and to take advantage of all the great benefits this company has to offer them. They deserve to feel empowered and valued while they are striving to make our customers feel the same way every day they show up to work.
