I am responsible for making sure that each shift I am scheduled for goes smoothly. This includes opening or closing the store for crew members, constantly checking sales and labor reports, following my KASADA, and making a deposit each shift. I am also in charge of the scheduling for all crew, correctly calculating inventory of the store and order trucks to be delivered.
I am responsible for creating the best experience for every customer that dines at the restaurant, following all safety and sanitation policies, in the process.
