AKDN Global Encounters—Global Development Project in Mombasa, Kenya Summer 2016 I attended a global development camp in Mombasa, Kenya called Global Encounters. Through this camp we were able to complete global service projects at the local primary schools. We worked with the local children and AKDN to build a rainwater harvesting system in their school.
Songwriting - USC Thornton School of Music Fall 2019 Over the course of the Fall 2019 semester, I produced, wrote, and recorded five songs and presented it to Professor Andrea Stolpe, a songwriter, performing artist, and music educator who has received both the SESAC and ASCAP award in 1997 and 1998. This class required me to produce, write, and record songs within a time constraint and forced me to go beyond my comfort zone in many ways. This included writing lyrics for myself and other artists, performing in front of a live audience, and producing numerous tracks in order to have a plethora of beats to choose from. This allowed me to truly build my catalogue/portfolio.
USC Baseball Team Organizational Behavior and Leadership Consulting Project - August 2018-December 2018
Worked with a group of fellow USC Marshall Business students to analyze the Division 1 baseball team's leadership structures and chemistry from an outsider's perspective. After months of data collection through surveys and interviews we proposed the head coach with the organizational behavior and leadership improvements we felt could greatly improve the organization.

This voluntary, summer commitment allowed me to fine tune my leadership skills and give back to my community the same way my coaches did as a child.

As a result of COVID-19, I have decided to declare a Gap semester from the University of Southern California. During that time, I plan to lease a private recording studio in South Gate where I will have 24 hour access to cook up there with artists. Although I do not plan to pursue real estate as a career, I also plan to complete a real estate course and earn my realtors license during my time period away from school.
