Over the past six years i have learned a great deal about how a shop should and should not be ran, have built up a great rapport with loyal customer that have followed me throughout my time and stores. I am a very hands on advisor trying to make the job as easy on the technicians, sales department and any fellow co-workers as i can. I quickly became the top grossing advisor through out the company with the highest CSI scores. When I was promoted to the Quick Lane Manager/ Assistant service manager position the store overall gross increased even during the pandemic with fewer vehicles coming in. CSI scores climbed with come backs becoming obsolete, we created a strong team effort. As the year went on ownership decided to cut back on managers and moved me into a "Floating service adviser role" to movearound to all other locations and help other service departments grow.
Got promoted to run the Quick Lane and while there was able to keep our record numbers from the previous year going in the pandemic. Hired and trained new employees to be very successful technicians, even though our quantity of vehicles decreased drastically due to the pandemic we were still able to progress the store.
