Services provided included hosting IP telephony, email, and voice mail with unified messaging over WAN connections to different customers.The system consisted of Cisco Unified Communications Manager Clusters, Cisco Unity Servers with fail over, Microsoft 2003 Active Directory, Exchange 2003 Cluster with Front End Servers, and SAN storage.
