Managed the microbiological laboratory, diagnosing infections by performing tests on Urine,Sputum,Pus,Blood,Stool specimens and performing antibiotic sensitivity testing to find the right antibiotics for the patients which led to the better outcome in the health of patients in the hospital.
Degree - MD Microbiology.

Coursework included rotations in Bacteriology, Immunology, Mycology, Parasitology, Molecular Diagnostics and Virology laboratories, Training in Hospital infection control.
Dissertation/Thesis was undertaken titled " Comparison of Screening tests for the Detection Of Asymptomatic Bacteriuria in Pregnant Women against the Standard Urine Culture”, under guidance of Dr Dakshina Bisht (Professor and HOD Department of Microbiology) and Dr Alpana Agarwal (Professor Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology) at Santosh Medical College Ghaziabad.
Our study recommended that routine screening of pregnant women should be done in India with the standard urine culture to prevent fatal consequences to the mother and fetus.

"Clinical Microbiology: Current Challenges & Future Directions” in National Conference of IAMM from 22nd to 25th November 2012 at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi“Molecular Techniques in Diagnosis and management of Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C infections” held on 21st
November at Maulana Azad Medical College.
