Reporting to the Qatari CEO, managed a multi-disciplined, multi-national engingineering group (approx. 50 employees) responsible for inspection, process optimization, and execution of projects to maintain the operational integrity of a multi-train LNG plant in Qatar with a net income of approx. $1 billion per annum. Also, continued to manage 2 major capital project teams (approx 25 and 10 employees) to expand LNG production and develop a new product line (Helium).
As part of the Senior Leadership Team, responsibilities included: employee career development in line with "Qatarization" guideleines; development and stewardship of an annual work plan and budget, and quarterly presentations to the Board of Directors, chaired by the Energy Minister.
