Responsibilities for my position include: Analyze and evaluate legal documents/agreements to establish compliance monitoring criteria and portfolio management Manage compliance outreach and monitoring database for the entire portfolio Prepare collateral releases for assigned programs.

The Maryland Office of Tourism Development serves as the State's official travel marketing agency, promoting Maryland attractions, accommodations and services.
Facilitate and administer Maryland's County Cooperative Marketing Grant program.
A program awarded to each of the 25 recognized Destination Marketing Organizations (DMOs), budget totaling $1,500,000 each year.
The program provides marketing support, on a reimbursable basis to the DMOs.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assisting in the development of guidelines, drafting grant agreements, verifying proof of performance, managing the online reimbursement system, invoicing, and reconciling final reports.
Administer and monitor federal grants (pre & post awards) and other funds awarded to OTD from outside sources such as the federal government, corporations and sponsors.
Maintain strong internal controls to ensure compliance with regulations; keeping abreast of varying guidelines and working with external auditors.
Develop and manage comprehensive databases and tracking systems that identify Maryland's product inventory as they relate to product development and future marketing initiatives.
