Lead by example the multidisciplinary cross functional team from start to finish of project viz: Initiating, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control and Closing of the project.
Demonstrated exemplary problem solving skills, and lead the plant commissioning team with focused stabilization efforts which helped achieving rated plan capacity in record time 6 months from cold run start.

In the year 2010-2011 , I was given additional responsibility of completing the 120 TPH cement grinding ball mill project supplied by M/S Walchandnagar, India.
The project had problems of leadership, coordination, integration, communication, lack of reasonability and issue of mistrust, and was shifting towards complicated disputes.
Adopted tailor made project management systems, suited to the situation, considering work culture, environment factors, buy- in the team, implementing effective communication & reporting system, empowered the team, re allocated the resources, and project accomplished successfully with total satisfaction all key stake holders.
Upon joining in 2005, I was given responsibility for complete engineering function of Line-1 plant supplied by FLSmidth, which have had several techno - commercial issues and struggling for 3 long years post commissioning, to achieve the rated 5,500 TPD capacity.
Lead the teams of 350 + personnel, analyzed and prioritized the key issues, developed the team culture and implemented the solutions with full conviction.
Within 6 months, anticipated results were visible and plant achieved its rated capacity.
The professional approach, conviction, past experience in handling such issues, initiative and human management skills help achieve the desired plant performance; regain the confidence of management in technology, vendor and investment made.
Developed systems and build mechanisms for effective communication, engagement with employees, implementation of best plant optimization practice which resulted in sustained plant performance above its rated capacity.
