Planned and directed the set-up of the branch operation on the Palm Desert Campus, as well as the campus convenience store operations.
Implemented the on-line look up of buy back information, creating the 'Know Before You Go' program and offered students an avenue for posting their books for sale through the bookstore's on-line marketplace.
