  • Created and served as the primary instructor for the 99th RD “Boot Camp” training, an environmental training program that teaches how to identify and communicate environmental compliance requirements, evaluate environmental risk, properly document violations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective action plans and best management practices. This training has evolved into a model training program and is utilized by other Army Reserve Commands for their staff.
  • Served as the 99th RD representative in developing the Environmental Performance Assessment System (EPAS) software used across the entire Army Reserve to collect and analyze environmental compliance assessment data. Utilization & implementation of the EPAS software helps to identify and correct an average of 300 compliance violations per year.
