It was my responsibility to oversee all inbound and outbound operations on a daily basis. In addition to maintaining freight levels through inventory control and increasing sales while reducing shortage, I oversaw the entire grocery department as well as all online E-Commerce business. I also was responsible for overseeing the operations of our licensed stores; Starbucks and Pizza Hut/Target Café.
