Unit began at the lowest level of readiness in regards to medical, dental, and family insurance in brigade of over 1,000 soldiers. Unit became the highest mission capable unit six months later and has been at highest readiness level in brigade since October 2012.

Responsible for unit's Family Readiness Program, Service Member Group Life Insurance Program
Member of the Supply Chain and Logistics Management team. Supervise and train employees; coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of product; analyze least-cost distribution methods; and manage third-party carriers to meet customer needs and ensure that all products arrive safely and on time. From time-to-time projects such as tracking costs and implementing cost-saving initiatives are conducted.
