  • Oil Conversion (175,000 hours): Led the Oil Conversion Project as the Conversion CIO and member of the Leadership Team.  Oversaw all change requests and ensured successful implementation for the approximately $6M project. 
    • Provided status reports to Citibank Senior Executive Management.         
    • Managed issue resolution throughout the testing phase to ensure each issue was documented, resolved, retested and either scheduled for a later release or implemented.
    • Managed a staff of three contractors for skill block ownership and 18 contractors that supported the development of the SM10 system. 
    • Received a Citi Star award and much praise for the work that was completed.
  • Sears Conversion (200,000 hours):  Positioned as the Co-Lead and Senior Project Manager of the Sears Conversion in order to bring stability and establish core project management methodologies.  The $10.7M project allowed a substantial increase in revenue and better reporting and support of the cardholders.  This conversion removed the Sears Retail Label cards off of Total Systems (TSYS) and moved them to First Data Resources (FDR).
    • Provided status reports to Citibank and Sears Senior Executives.
    • Managed issue resolution throughout the testing phase to ensure each issue was documented, resolved, retested and either scheduled for a later release or implemented into the project.
    • Managed a team of 8 project managers, 15 contractors and 1 clerical contractor for the duration of the project.

  • Diners Conversion (250,000 hours):  Established and led a project to convert the Diners Club International Portfolio to the Citibank system, completing the second phase of the Diners Club / MasterCard Alliance.   This $29.4M project enabled issuance and support of Diners Club branded, MasterCard enabled card products accepted through the MasterCard (MC) merchant network.
    • Completed the largest Citi conversion to date with minimal impact to the Citi Business and zero impact to the client and with few errors during implementation.
    • Moved project from a Red project status into a Green project status and maintained Green status through project end.
