Manage the entire portfolio of Lippert products for the Bus Market. Customers include Commercial and School bus OEMs around the country. Responsibilities include managing day to day needs for the customers as their point of contact for the many facilities that supply products to them; work with customers to identify any product needs that they may have and then relay the necessary info to people within Lippert to determine if the product is viable; work with customer and Lippert engineering to implement new products; routine visits to customer locations to address any quality, performance, or delivery issues; part of a team that negotiates long term supply agreements with bus customers.
