I am motivated, industrious, educated, and professional with over 19 years of experience in the waste industry-95% of this time spent as an Industrial Rolloff supervisor or attached to Industrial Rolloff. I have held positions of leadership in fields other than Waste Industry so my supervisory perspective is unique. I am also likely the most experienced applicant- having been a supervisor or affiliated with Industrial Rolloff for most of my 19+ years in the business.

Project Development
Supervisor of Rolloff crew serving the city of Meridian and surrounding areas in the Treasure Valley. Maintained a very high level of customer service in the Industrial Rolloff field. Was active in the truck running routes right up until the acquisition by Republic Services Inc. I also assisted in the conversion of Meridian city to front-load commercial service and assisted in implementing a curbside recycle program. In 2010 I was given the opportunity to assist in the deployment of Routeware and SoftPak.(Two highly technical route management and billing systems). Was able to achieve a high level of success with these programs through hard work and perseverance.
Supervised a Rolloff crew responsible for serving the cities of Moscow, Potlatch, Deary, Juliaetta, Kendrick, and Troy as well as two different counties(Latah and Nez Perce) and 8 bulky waste sites ranging from 15 to 80 miles distance from our Transfer site. I personally serviced the bulk sites with a rolloff truck and a "wet pup" trailer.
I am currently dispatching at Republic Services with an emphasis on Industrial Rolloff. I am not limited to Industrial Dispatching, but naturally fit into the role easily in light of my previous experiences.
Was member of "Smart Troop" leadership program which essentially was added coursework in different fields of Army aviation as well as leadership development courses.
