I am hard working, motivated and responsible. I have demonstrated self direction and independence while working with others.. In my recent jobs, I have learned many aspects of the restaurant/catering business and feel that this valuable experience is helping me grow in my careerin Hospitality. I also enjoy being outdoors especially in the winter when I am skiing.My goal for this upcoming season is to obtain employment at a ski resort. I am interested in expanding my skills and work experience and am willing to work in any area of the Ski industry.
Mainly worked out on the floor as a bus boy providing customer Service. I Set up and cleaned tables for meals and small parties. I carried out food and served beverages and assisted waiters and customers. Have assisted with catering in private homes, delivering, setting up and serving food. Also worked in the kitchen helping to prepare food. I chopped the vegetables, cleaned fish, shucked oysters, prepared salads and I washed dishes, pots and pans and cleaned kitchen area. Utilized Spanish in communicating with kitchen staff. Have trained new employees for working on the floor as well as the kitchen.
Provided customer service at catered events at Mermaid Lake.In charge of serving all beverages to large parties at outside events, such as company picnics and family reunions. Also assisted in setting up my station and maintaining cleanliness. Assisted other caterers with food stations and set up and clean up before and after parties.
