Qualifications and Skills: I have over 20 years experience in Guest Services. When fulfilling a patrons request I seek to exceed their expectations and enhance their experience. As a manager I have developed excellent organizational and planning skills. I have a working knowledge of office equipment, Microsoft Office, Jonas, Micros, Club Essentials, Open Table Kronos and CBord. I also have received certification in ServSafe valid until 2016, TIPS training and certified level one Sommelier.
