Drive cost and performance driven culture through periodic target setting and regular structured follow-up with all employees. · Continuous optimization of Processes, Procedures and Working Methods in order to achieve an economical Component, Part or Appliance rework. · Control cost of Projects within budget. · Follow up developments in Component, Part or Appliance rework by fostering appropriate connections with other companies and organizations.
