I read all kind of books to gather information and add to my knowledge so that I am supported in making the best decisions. Reading also inspires me to write short pieces and notes. I have started on a simple journey of writing a book. Hoping for the best.
I listen to a couple of genres of music, with the intention of directing my thoughts towards something. I pay attention to how the musical instruments are playing, attuned with noting what I can practice on my own and teach others too.
Traveling is fun. It exposes me to different places, cultures and people. I appreciate and understand people better from traveling.
