Build strong client relationships at all levels, from Sr. level Executives to Media Buyer, using product knowledge 5. Create marketing ideas and implement them. 6. Create and update marketing presentations using research to sell against other competitive media 7. Effectively prepare and execute revenue contracts and business proposals 8. Stay current and up-to-date on business trends, new directions and key changes in products (both print and digital) or management within a specific company and/or industry; clearly explain non-print competitors and their metrics of measurement vs. print and digital newspapers metrics 9. Analyze and interpret key sales metrics and develop strategies to reach sales success 10. Work internally with various departments to create compelling media solutions for advertisers 11. Manage internal communication/paperwork to ensure accuracy in client fulfillment
Manage the daily operations of the Chamber of Commerce as directed by the Board of Directors. Increase membership by meeting with local businesses and educating them in the benefits of the Chamber of Commerce. Manage ongoing grant from Workforce Development for local training program.
1. Creating the annual dealership sales forecasts by estimating total vehicle sales, gross and operating profits as well as expenses for the new-and-used sales departments. 2. Meeting with vehicle sales department to plan and implement objectives for achieving sales and gross profits. 3. Hiring and monitoring the performance of the Sales, Finance and Business Development staff. Holding daily sales meetings and conducting sales training. 4. Overseeing standards for displaying and merchandising both new and used vehicles as well as reviewing and initialing all promotions before they are finalized. 5. Coordinating the appropriate supply of new and used vehicles and ordering/acquiring vehicle inventory accordingly. 6. Meeting weekly with the dealership's general manager to review forecasts and profits for each department. 7. Working directly with the general manager on making recommendations on both short and long-range advertising plans, sales promotions, staffing needs and compensation plans. 8. Attending to customer complaints, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained. 9. Auditing all appraisals of trade-in vehicles. 10. Issuing all demonstration vehicles and ensuring that appropriate dealership records are maintained.
