  • Reports to the Director of Student & Accounts Receivable Fiscal Operations and serve as an accounting resource to other Finance Offices and Business Office staff as needed to assist with and facilitate timely, accurate completion of financial/accounting processes that are compliant with University requirements and government regulations.
  • Supervise day-to-day workloads, time management and activities of student account/customer service team to ensure proper and efficient work output in support of the Accounts Receivable department.
  • Provide customer service to all constituents and work collaboratively with different process partners, both internal and external to the University, to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve external and internal customer inquiries.
  • Perform cashier transactions as necessary and oversee the balancing of currency, coin and checks from cash drawer at the end of the daily shift.
  • Analyze and interpret the receipt of monies using departmental and third-party technology tools (Commerce Bank, TouchNet, WSUā€™s e-Commerce solution).
