The Project Team Specialist is responsible for completing all merchandising tasks within their assigned stores on a weekly basis. This includes product and fixture moves as well as the building of new fixtures and displays, setting planograms and graphics, implementing new technology per provided instructions, and ensuring our stores are ready for business each day. They use their merchandising and technical skills to complete these tasks in accordance with merchandising fundamentals and in partnership with their retail stores.
Complete merchandising tasks, which includes planogram assignments, clean presentations, implementing fixtures, signage and product security devices. Set new and relocated planograms and graphics to merchandising standards, completes planogram checklist and proper filing procedures. Build new product displays and implement new technology displays. Assist both store employees and customers with product knowledge and sales
Assist Project Team Lead with the training of new Project Team members through job shadowing and sharing of best practices. Maintain upkeep of store displays and assist store team with fixture and technology functionality
Set new and relocated merchandise and graphics to planograms standards, Complete merchandising tasks, which includes planogram assignments, clean presentations, implementing fixtures, signage and product security devices. Build new product displays and implement new technology display.
Replace sale and bin tags according to the current sale. Generate special order tickets and picked tickets for guest. Relocate merchandise according to the planogram and company policy. Place product in the correct place such as on the shelf, mega rack or pallet. Complete Plan-O-Grams on time and according to the company's instruction. Verifying the computer on hand count is correct for merchandise that is out of stock on the sales floor. Inventory high theft, upcoming promotional items and other items sent to the Inventory Controller. Auditing the completion of the Daily Inventory Exceptions Report to ensure it is being completed properly by the Department Managers and Assistants. Verify that the product is for the correct store and that the seal on the truck has not been tampered with before accepting it. Verify that Backhaul truck is taking the correct item to the correct Distribution Center.
Assist and train residents in all areas of activities of daily living and personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, personal hygiene, and social behavior and household management.Gives direction and instruction to staff and provides job performance coaching. Assign, guide, coach and train employees. Handling Campus and Unit Housing Cash. Responds competently in emergency situation Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash bins, scrubbing sinks and toilet. Carry linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies, using wheeled carts. Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and/or draperies, using vacuum cleaners and/or shampooers. Ensures that all residents are accounted for on/off campus. GER (General Events Notification) are process. Policy & procedures are followed. Maintain the safety of the residents, staff and visitors in the facility. Ensures that the number of staff meet the number required for each situation: such as emergencies, off campus trips/outing, daily schedule, meeting, training and etc. Staff scheduling and finding coverage on short notice when necessary.
Inventory and Purchase or order groceries and household supplies to keep kitchens stocked, and record expenditures. Preparing food using kitchen equipment according to recipe and food service standard. Cleaned and sanitized workstation and equipment in order to maintain kitchen and service area according to standard. Serve prepared meals while maintaining proper portion control for residents.
Participate in shrinkage prevention and control program directed and maintained shoppers and associates honesty. Detained and interviewed the person apprehended for shoplifting and fraud in accordance with local laws and company policy. Created and maintained records of apprehensions, interviews, witness statements, evidence and disposition of recovered merchandise. Assist in internal investigations as required. Handle and resolve customer complaints. Cash register, Provide pricing and delivery information. Assisted customer either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
