Served as lead project engineer and manager on capital refinery expansion, safety compliance, environmental compliance, and improvement projects.
Managed over $20 million in projects in four and a half years.
Projects completed include refinery water supply from city, stormwater system improvements including tank and sumps, upgraded vacuum unit pumps to nitrogen seals, sulfuric acid tank for RO water, blend header and piping, flare gas recovery separator vessel replacement, HF acid sample panel, new header for firewater piping, improvements to safety shower potable water system, ordering and specifying new fin fan air coolers, new caustic pH control system, fixed H2S monitors in process units and tank farm, new radio tower, new blast resistant operator building at truck loading rack, and new pumps in flare and blending services.
